The fiery barrique chocolate from Venezuela gets its unique aroma from spices such as chilli, red and black pepper, ginger, cardamom, Szechuan pepper, allspice, Bourbon vanilla and secrets from chocolatier Eberhard Schell.

It goes particularly well with wood-based wines such as Lemberger, Dornfelder, Syhras, Merlot, Cabernet, Brunello, Amerone.
