Die MES Cuyagua Venezuela hat einen cremigen, schokoladigen Geschmack mit einer Dominanz von gelben Früchten wie Banane, Toffee und reifen Pflaumen.  Alle MES-Tafeln sind RAW-Schokoladen, d.h. sie werden bei sehr niedrigen Temperaturen verarbeitet, damit alle Aromen 24 Monate lang erhalten bleiben. Ein langer Reifungsprozess, nach der natürlichen Methode von Guido Castagna.
