Chocolate from the Congo is not often found. The beans come straight from the heart of Africa, from the foot of the Virunga National Park, where rare mountain gorillas, okapis and pygmies are at home (also known from Dian Fossey's book "Gorillas in the Mist).

20 hours of conching time are enough to bring out the wonderfully fruity aromas. This chocolate is also available here as chocolate for baking and cooking.

Taste:
Warm notes of sour cherries, chocolate and black tea.
