Arriba Nacional Chocolate Fair Trade.

Raw means almost untreated, just raw. The cocoa beans are not roasted to preserve the antioxidants and complex flavors of the carefully selected beans.

Pacari means nature in Quechua, the Ecuadorian language of the natives.

And that is exactly what the two Ecuadorian pioneer founders are all about. The quality of the chocolate is very good. All ingredients come from organic farming and are traded according to fair trade principles. So the farmers have their regular income and Pacari the best possible quality.

The Arriba Nacional cocoa bean, native to Ecuador, is grown by smallholders across the country. Pacari supports the farmers in the cultivation and processing of the sensitive plants and thus ensures sustainable cultivation. Only the best quality farmers are allowed to sell their beans to Pacari. The beans come mainly from the three regions: Esmeraldas, Manabi and Los Rios. The different properties of the soil produce a wonderful variety of aromas. From floral citrus notes to banana notes and nut flavors, everything can be clearly distinguished from each other. Only beans from Ecuador are used.
