This special Blanco de Criollo Chocolate with 70% cocoa content is available in a limited edition of 20,000 pieces at Amedei manufactured. Each board is unique and individually numbered by hand. The cocoa beans are very light (hence the name) and come from old, very rare cocoa varieties from Peru, which Cecilia Tessieri, the founder of Amedei, discovered on plantations there. They have aromas of toasted almonds, wild mushrooms and plums.

The cocoa growers are the key in the chain because only they know and care for the cocoa trees and harvest the excellent beans. Chocolate is made in Tuscany with a lot of care and a lot of experience, which is required to make such a product
