Cayenne Chili 60% Sao Palmé Bitterschokolade

The cocoa beans in this chocolate are bought directly from the producers by the Swiss chocolate manufacturer: quality-conscious, responsible, fair, socially committed and sustainable.

The chocolate is relatively balanced, pleasantly harmonious with few fruit notes, but rounded roasted and acidic aromas. The 60% cocoa content is suitable for lovers of both light and dark chocolate.

The chocolate was refined with crunchy hazelnut brittle pieces.
