The new line from Pacari combines unusual, regional spices and flavors from the South American continent, especially from the Andes with the chocolate from Ecuador.
The salt in this chocolate comes from the Sacred Valley near Cuzco in Peru and is mixed with the cocoa bean nibs of Arriba cocoa from Ecuador. Wanderlust included! The chocolate is a raw chocolate , which means that it is suitable for raw food lovers because it is never heated above 47 ° C. In this way, the valuable antioxidants are retained in the chocolate. The coconut blossom sugar sweetens intensely and avoids the rapid rise in blood sugar.

Pacari means nature in Quechua, the Ecuadorian language of the natives.

The Arriba Nacional cocoa bean, native to Ecuador, is grown by smallholders across the country. Only the best quality farmers are allowed to sell their beans to Pacari. The beans come mainly from the three regions: Esmeraldas, Manabi and Los Rios.
