90% Crollo Cacao 25 g Edelbitterschokolade

This 90% chocolate from the Criollo series is made without additional cocoa butter . It consists only of cocoa mass and a little cane sugar. The chocolate is gluten free . It has notes of dried fruits like figs and plums.

Domori is one of the pioneers in good chocolate. Gianuluca Franzoni had old, long-forgotten Criollo cocoa varieties, which he got from a genetic database in Trinidad, grown at the Hacienda San José. After waiting 5 years, he was able to harvest the first cocoa beans.
