Chocolate of origin from Colombia from the El Jardin plantation, the garden. Cluizel attaches great importance to the ingredients in the chocolate bars. Only pure cocoa butter, no extraneous fats, only real Bourbon vanilla and no artificial flavors are used.

The El Jardin plantation is located in the plains of the Ariani River. The wonderful aromas of the chocolate of honey, berries and pepper, with a finish of mint and liquorice, speak for the cocoa farmers and the traditional knowledge of chocolate production. Both have succeeded excellently here.
