The star cooking chocolate 70% Cru Virunga from Original Beans in 250g bags packed by Chocolats-de-luxe.de. The couverture is certified organic, gluten-free and vegan . It is made by Felchlin in Switzerland.

The Cru Virunga cocoa variety originally comes from Eastern Congo (DR). The beans come straight from the heart of Africa, from the foot of the Virunga National Park, where rare mountain gorillas, okapis and pygmies are at home (also known from Dian Fossey's book "Gorillas in the Mist) and are characterized by warm notes.

The couverture is poured into small chocolate drops so that the re-user can melt them more easily. It is ideal for baking, cooking and making pralines. Felchlin only sells to processors in large quantities, not to end users. We have therefore repacked the bulk packs for you in practical, resealable 250 g bags.

The organic couverture 70% Cru Virunga from Original Beans does not have to be further processed, but can also be nibbled directly from the bag.
