This 100% chocolate consists of pure cocoa mass. The chocolate is a blend of different types of cocoa from the south of Vietnam, which Marou normally doesn't do. The result is a balanced bar of chocolate. It is made bean to bar in Saigon, from cocoa beans to bars.

Nevertheless, this bar has an intense taste with notes of spices and dark red fruits . The slightly higher cocoa butter content rounds it off in the truest sense of the word.
