This 100% chocolate made from pure Porcelana cocoa is made in France by Franck Morin. The rare and noble cocoa beans come from the region Sur del Lago - around Lake Maracaibo. The name of cocoa comes from its light color, like porcelain. The cocoa is very rare and has strong chocolate aromas, dark red fruits and some citrus. It's very mild.

The chocolate is a Bean-To-Bar chocolate and a single origin chocolate or chocolate of origin.

The chocolate consists of pure cocoa mass with a natural sugar content of 1.3%. No sugar is added.
