Let the chocolate melt on your tongue, only then can the wonderful aromas unfold and the taste of the different types of cocoa unfold.

The flavors are described by Zotter as follows:

  • Fragrance: notes of berries, accents of nuts and salty biscuits, slightly coffeey and earthy notes
  • Taste: roasted nut and wood notes, creamy character with coffee-like hints, intense berry aromas, notes of lemon, note of salt.

Josef Zotter is so far the only European manufacturer who produces exclusively in organic and fair quality.

The chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate.
