Nicaragua 72% Limited Edition - dark chocolate Bean-to-bar chocolate

This dark chocolate is made from cocoa beans from Nicaragua by Ingeman Fine Cacao. The cocoa beans are sustainably grown by around 1000 smallholder families in accordance with prescribed protocols. The post-harvest is carried out very carefully, this is the only way to produce the best cocoa quality.

Kay Keusen from Taucherli Schokolade processes the cocoa beans very carefully, roasting them for 24 minutes and conching them for 36 hours. This is how this wonderfully creamy bean-to-bar chocolate is created . The cocoa beans are from the 2017 vintage.
