The Voatsipefifery only grows wild and only at a height of 10-20 meters, which makes harvesting not only difficult, but also dangerous. The annual harvest is therefore extremely small and is around 1.5 tons.

Chocolate from the Ambolikapiky plantation in the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. The valley is located in the north west of the island and covers about 2300 hectares. Cocoa has been grown there since 1920. In addition to 300 tons of Trinitario beans, a. 2 tons of Criollo cocoa beans produced annually. These beans have a very expressive aroma.

All components of the chocolate are certified organic and sustainably grown.
