Ausgezeichnet

Für mich passt diese Schokolade perfekt, nicht so süß wie eine 70% Schokolade, aber auch nicht zu herb und säuerlich, sondern ausgewogen im Geschmack. Schmilzt schön zart und ein Unterton Criollo ist sehr gut zu erkennen. Es bleibt ein angenehmer Geschmack zurück und ich freue mich auf jedes Stück. Kann die Schokolade sehr empfehlen. Mein Mann isst sonst immer Chuao Galets Trinitario, die findet er fast besser, weil sie nicht so süß ist wie die Chuao Galets Trinitario.
