Tiroler Edle Purissima 75% - from the series the sweet thematic increase in taste. Handmade chocolate.

The chocolate is made with milk powder instead of added sugar. It still remains a dark chocolate, but less sweet and with a dash of milk.

Open your mouth and close your eyes for our new "purissima". It is the result of the collaboration between Domori, the most innovative chocolate manufacturer in Europe, and Tiroler Edlen. For the couverture of this chocolate, Domori uses Trinitario cocoa beans, a cross between criollo and forastero plants that he grows himself on the Hacinda San José in Venezuela. As always, the milk for the "purissima" comes from the Tyrolean gray cattle.

Cocoa bean: Rio Caribe Superior (Trinitario) . Aromas are reminiscent of peanuts, ripe fruits, tobacco.
