55% Dark Milk Chocolate made from Forastero cocoa beans from the Fazenda Semper Firme Plantage in the Bahia region in Brazil.

In April 2009 Bertil Akesson and his Brazilian partner acquired the historic farm Fazenda Semper, which stands in the middle of the Brazilian rainforest. There the traditional cocoa variety "parasinho" of the Forastero cocoa is grown, which made Bahia famous at the beginning of the 20th century.

The cocoa beans from 55% Dark Milk Chocolate Brazil Fazenda Semper Firme have a chocolaty taste and are therefore predestined for dark milk chocolate.
