Bean-to-bar chocolate

This famous, noble and tasty milk chocolate with a seldom high cocoa content unfolds its classy and enjoyable character on the palate, revealing fine caramel and hazelnut notes. Another breathtaking chocolate creation is the Grand Lait - a 70 g bar by Michel Cluizel. Different types of cocoa beans are selected - and that by hand ! Only after careful selection are they mixed. This results in a cocoa content of 45%.

Michel Cluizel only uses high quality ingredients such as pure cocoa butter, real vanilla and does not use soy or artificial flavors. It tastes nice and sweet, but not as sweet as you know it from conventional whole milk chocolate. This fine milk chocolate gets a special note from the bourbon vanilla . The milk chocolate 45% Grand Lait is a classic among milk chocolates.

Meine Lieblingsschokolade

Das ist mein absoluter Favorit! Ich habe sehr viele Vollmichschokoladen probiert aber immer wieder muß ich feststellen diese die ideale Mischung aus Schokoladen Geschmack und Vollmilch ist. Nicht zu süß aber auch nicht bitter und voller Schokolade. Sehr zarter Schmelz.
