This chocolate comes from Bolivia. The cocoa beans grow in the rainforest of the Amazon region in the northeast of the country in the Beni region. Only the local indigenous farmers know where the cocoa trees are. The wild cocoa grows without any kind of outside influence and has appropriate aromas. The cocoa farmers are trained via Radion so that they can carry out the complex fermentation and then dry the cocoa beans properly. If they produce good cocoa, they get correspondingly high prices.
