Scandinavian chocolates with alcohol

Fyldt Chokolade means filled chocolate in Danish. It refers to variously filled chocolates from Mikkel Friis-Holm 's factory in Roskilde near Copenhagen. In the box are three pieces each of the tempting works of art. The shape is the same for all varieties. The difference is the type of chocolate: white, milk or dark chocolate and other colored dots. Nothing else can distract from the contents of the simple praline mold:

  • Salted caramel
  • Malt whisky marzipan (with alcohol)
  • Calvados (with alcohol)
  • Green cinnamon (Gron Kanel)
  • Black Johnnisberry (Solbaer)
  • Orange (Appelsin)
