There's really nothing like good caramel chocolate, but making the perfect caramel chocolate can be tricky, and it took Omnom years to achieve this taste.

First, the milk is baked until it turns a dark color and caramelizes. The aroma is reminiscent of "Dulce de leche". To perfect the caramel chocolate, I added sea salt from Saltverk and voila, the perfect creamy caramel chocolate, Sea Salted Toffee .
