Pure cocoa powder , suitable for baking and cooking. The cocoa powder is slightly de-oiled and has a cocoa butter content of 22% -24%.

The cocoa powder is lecithin -free and gluten-free. There is no sugar added.

The 100% Cacao Amaro cocoa powder is made in Italy by Slitti.
