The eight pralines are made from the best cocoa varieties from the various Cluizel plantations or with a higher cocoa content. You will find pralines made from cocoa beans from the plantations:

85% cocoa content
as well as four other chocolates

In this mix of ganache pralines, the full range of cocoa flavors comes into its own, expertly made in the Cluizel factory in France. The pralines are alcohol-free and made without soy and only with natural colorings.
