Michael Beck is a quality fanatic and has already won several awards with his drinking chocolate. Now he has started making chocolate spreads.

His first spread is a hazelnut cream with 55% nut content , is honest, vegan, made with a lot of time and love in small batches. The cocoa is fair traded and organic, just like the sugar and the hazelnuts, where from: where the best are: from Piedmont in Italy.

The German food book prescribes at least 10% skinned hazelnuts and a maximum of 67% sugar for nougat cream.
With Michael Beck, the relationship is almost the other way around, of course qualitatively as well.
