Tartufo al Pistacchio - White Pistachio Truffle

These tartufo are made from pistachios and white chocolate. After peeling, the nuts are roasted, which gives them their unmistakable taste. Mixed with sugar and cocoa butter, it becomes the delicious Tartufi al Pistacchio.

The manufacturer of the sweet delicacy, the company Antica Torroneria Piemontese , is a family business that was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste. Today the company is run by the family in the 4th generation. Even today, the top priority is quality and love for their homeland, Piedmont.

A Tartufo al Pistacchio is individually wrapped in green paper and is a pleasant companion to a cup of coffee or just like that.
