The Chocaviar Creme Sablé pralines are dark pralines with a sensational new recipe. A double layer of cocoa hearts with crispy, gluten-free biscuits, filled with delicate cream with spicy notes and notes of lemon, vanilla, ginger and candied rhubarb. Covered with seductive milk chocolate globules, the "Chocaviar".

This praline is still made today in a complex process in several shifts after traditional recipe made by the founder Silvano Venchi . The thin layers of chocolate are cut into very small pieces of chocolate and coated with dark chocolate from South America. With this chocaviar, different types of pralines are coated and packaged. Venchi opened a pastry shop in Turin in 1878 and thus laid the foundation for the 140-year-old company. The world-famous hazelnuts from Piedmont , a region in north-west Italy, are used for the gianduja . Hazelnuts from Piedmont are characterized by their excellent smell and taste as well as their easy peelability and long shelf life. They grow in the Piedmontese hills under ideal conditions - mild winters, moist and warm soils.

Also try the 75% Chocaviar pralines, filled with a dark chocolate cream, the pralines with the cream cocoa or pistachio filling and the creme brulée with the caramel filling. All of them are extremely tasty and special.

The Cubotto Chocaviar Crème Sablé are individually wrapped in pale blue and are definitely worth a sin.
