Cremino Carmello - Layered nougat praline with caramel

Layered praline individually wrapped

The cremino is a specialty from Piedmont in Italy. It is a layer of nougat praline consisting of two outer gianduja layers and one middle layer. Usually this consists of a layer of coffee, lemon or hazelnut paste.  

In our case it consists of a chocolate hazelnut and almond cream Caramel pieces.

Each praline is individually wrapped.

Enjoy Majani’s Italian specialty made from the finest nougat: Cremino Caramello .
