Discover the different flavors of cocoa varieties from America. Each chocolate tastes different and has its own character. Through the correct fermentation, drying and further processing of the cocoa beans at Chocolaterie Morin in France, the flavors come to the fore.

From Central America we have selected the following chocolates:

  • 63% Jamaique Marvia
  • 70% Costa Rica Quetzal
  • 70% Nicaragua Nicalizo®

 

From South America we have the following chocolates:

  • 70% Venezuela Chuao
  • 70% Pérou Pablino Organic
  • 70% Bolivie Ekeko wild cocoa

 

All chocolates consist only of cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cane sugar and sunflower lecithin. Only pure cocoa butter is used and the cocoa beans come from the specified area indicated on the bar. They are single origin or origin chocolates.
