It's made with wheat flour, a little milk cheddar cheese, whole eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, and a pinch of spring onions . These round off the taste wonderfully, so that the small, round biscuits go perfectly with a glass of champagne, white wine, cheese or hearty treats such as nuts and a glass of beer.
