Single Farm Chocolate

This dark chocolate with spices is award winning. Dos Estaciones' 60% Basque Chilli & Rosmary chocolate is a Organic chocolate. The cacao beans come from the Fundo Qoya farm in Chazuta in San Martin in Peru.

The chocolate is handcrafted in Beilngries, Bavaria by Dos Estaciones. The bar is:

Dos Estaciones won gold at the European Bean to Bar Chocolate Awards 2021-22 of International Chocolate Awards.

The cacao from Chazuta is harvested after the rainy season between April and November. The area is located 27km south of Tarapoto and has the Huallaga River running through it. The region is sparsely populated, with approximately 11 inhabitants per square kilometer. In comparison, Germany has 235 inhabitants per square kilometer. (Source Wikipedia)
