60% with Ötztal cranberry honey liqueur

Tyrolean noble with Ötztal cranberries - dark chocolate 60% filled with handpicked Ötztal cranberries and a cream berry cream with Tyrolean gray cattle cream.

Couverture from top brands Felchlin (Switzerland) and Domori (Italy) are used exclusively as the basis for these chocolates. Hansjörg Haag scoops liquid chocolate mass into molds and knocks it out again so that only a fine shell remains in the mold. After a short solidification phase, it is filled with organic fresh cream truffles from Tyrolean gray cattle and then sealed. Once the chocolate has cooled down, Hansjörg Haag carefully knocks it out of the mold and, in the end, it is lovingly packed by hand by his wife Petra.

The "Tiroler Edle" does not need any artificial preservatives and should therefore be enjoyed soon.
