Melting Grand Cru milk chocolate

We only use selected types of beans for our creations. Our quality levels are based on the origin, region, variety and purity of the cocoa bean.

In order for a Beschle Chocolatier creation to receive Grand Cru status, the cocoa bean must come from a clearly defined cultivation area. We source our beans from selected cocoa regions worldwide. Due to the local soil conditions, the climate and the different sun intensity, each variety develops a characteristic aroma, which, together with the in-house recipe, makes each of our selections unique.

The cocoa beans for this chocolate are refined in the Felchlin company in Schwyz.
