Akessons Chocolate with 75% Criollo Cacao BIO from his plantation in Madagascar has a strong cocoa aroma with notes of fruity-sweet acidity and aromas of red berries.

Chocolate from the Bejofo Estate plantation in the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. The valley is located in the north west of the island and covers about 2300 hectares. Cocoa has been grown there since 1920. In addition to 300 tons of Trinitario beans, a. 2 tons of Criollo cocoa beans produced annually. These beans have a very expressive aroma.
