Nicaliso 70% dark chocolate, 5g

Dark chocolate made from Criollo beans from Nicaragua

The cocoa variety was originally found in small quantities on a single farm in northern Nicaragua. The cocoa has a very fruity and pleasant acidity. Aromas of grapes and raisins and a long aftertaste.
