Layered chocolate from Papua New Guinea 38%. Fine citrus notes and sea salt from the Atlantic enrich the aroma of the milk chocolate. Chocolate with a natural, full-bodied freshness. These flavor aromas can be found in Riesling wine. The ingredients basically pick up the Riesling on the palate and offer it a taste arch that fascinates. Creation by Sommelier Claudia Stern Cologne and Eberhard Schell. They recommend dry Riesling up to noble sweet Riesling.
