This Organic chocolate from Schell chocolates is made from Tinitario cocoa O'Payo from Nicaragua. The cacao is strong and has notes of coffee, exotic fruits and a touch of wood.

The small cooperative of over 1,000 migrant cocoa farmers is located in Wasala and is trained and supported through educational programs and technical assistance from Ingemann, the Danish cooperative partner. The program also includes sustainable and resource-saving cultivation in Nicaragua, as well as training in fermentation and proper drying.

The light-colored packaging of Schell chocolates is made of cocoa fiber, making it completely degradable and sustainable.
