Handmade single origin chocolate from the Terreiro Velho plantation on Sao Tomé and Principe in the Gulf of Guinea off Nigeria, Africa, with raisins macerated in ginja. Ginja is a Portuguese liqueur with 18% alcohol that is made from sour cherries.
