The CLASSIC MALTS OF SCOTLAND, in our set Gentle Seduction:
Glenkinchie 12y, The Edinburgh Malt (Lowland Scotch Whiskey 10 years old) - slightly sweet, but fresh, late summer fruits and autumn fields, young wood and malted barley.  

Dalwhinnie 15y , The Gentle Spirit (Single Highland Malt Scotch Whiskey 15 years old) - ripe and juicy, soft and persistent flavors of heather, honey sweetness and vanilla, followed by more intense citrus notes and traces of toasted bread.

Combined with the colorful CHOCOLATES from PRALUS in France.

Here with Venezuela 75% , a Trinitario, with notes of roasted butter and liquorice, of great delicacy and a long finish.

For the soft taste of the Dalwhinnie we add the Madagascar 75% , a pure criollo and an organic chocolate with light notes of mint and fruit, typical of Madagascar.

Francois Pralus is co-owner of a cocoa plantation in Madagascar and produces all of his chocolates himself, from beans to finished chocolate bars. He is converting all products to organic farming.
