The CLASSIC MALTS OF SCOTLAND in our Stiff Breeze set:
Talisker The golden Spirit of Skye (Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 10 years old from the Isle of Skye 0.2 ltr) - with rich sweetness of dried fruits with smoky undertones. Mighty, warming abundance that increases in intensity.
As a counterpart, the Lagavulin The Sovereign of the Isles (Single Islay Malt Whiskey 16 years old 0.2 ltr) - in which dry peat smoke fills the palate with a friendly but strong sweetness, the scents of the sea, salt and a hint of wood consequences.

Combined with the colorful CHOCOLATES from PRALUS in France.

We contrast the two strong whiskeys with the Trinidad 75% , a Trinitario with notes of spices, smoked, grilled, dried herbs and notes of tobacco. On the other hand to the peaty Lagavulin, like Tanzania 75%, an organic chocolate and a forastero with strong notes of wood and flowers and a particularly intense, long-lasting finish.
 
Francois Pralus is co-owner of a cocoa plantation in Madagascar and produces all of his chocolates himself, from beans to finished chocolate bars. He is converting all products to organic farming.
