"Rice White" white chocolate - vegan

Do you have white, vegan chocolate? No we have not! Because, strictly speaking, there is no such thing as white, vegan chocolate, because it must contain milk powder. If, for example, rice powder is used instead of milk powder, the shape of the bar can look like chocolate, but must not be called that. All right?

As an alternative to white chocolate, Josef Zotter came up with a bar with rice drink powder, sunflower oil, salt and vanilla.

As always, everything is organic and as far as possible from fair trade and VEGAN!

Zotter describes the taste as follows: Notes of rice pudding and vanilla.
