2020 Pinot Noir Rosé, Schriesheimer Rittersberg, Kabinett trocken. Ein Prädikatswein, den es nicht mehr gibt, wir haben noch ein paar Flaschen gesichert. Der Pinot Noir Rosé wird aus Spätburgunder Trauben hergestellt und ist sehr fruchtig mit Noten von Aprikose und Pfirsich.
Passend dazu haben wir die dunkle Schokolade 75% Nakhon Si Thammarat von Paradai aus Thailand ausgesucht. Die Schokolade Schokolade hat ebenfalls fruchtige Noten und harmoniert daher wunderbar mit dem Wein.
