Die weißen Haselnuss Trüffel aus dem Piemont werden mit echten IGP Haselnüssen, den Tonda Gentile, hergestellt.

Die Antica Torroneria stammt aus der Nähe von Alba. Die Gegend ist nicht nur für sein Haselnüsse berühmt, sondern auch für seine Weine. Bereits im Jahr 1885 wurde die Antica Torroneria Piemontese von Giuseppe Sebaste geründet und hat seither Produkte aus den berühmten Haselnüsse hergestellt. Die Familie führt das Unternehmen bereits in der 4. Generation. Auf die jahrhunderte alte Tradition wird nach wie vor viel Wert gelegt. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind teileweise schon über 20 Jahre im Unternehmen. Qualität steht immer an erster Stelle.
