Die Sahnebonbons, auf Französisch Les Caramels werden aus Rohmilch, Créme fraiche und AOP Fassbutter aus Charentes Poitou hergestellt. Die streng ausgewählten Zutaten stehen für traditionellen, klassischen Geschmack.

Paris Caramels ist ein Familienunternehmen, das sich auf die Herstellung von naturbelassenen, qualitativ hochwertigen Fruchtgelees spezialisiert hat. Es wird nur ein Minimum an Zucker, Fruchtpektin und Zitronensaft beigefügt. Es werden weder Farbstoffe noch Konservierungsstoffe verwendet.

Alles hat jedoch mit der Herstellung von Sahne-Karamell Bonbons angefangen. Diese werden mit AOP Fassbutter aus dem Charante-Poitou und traditionellen Salzen aus Frankreich hergestellt. Die Unterschiede sind erstaunlich und kommen alleine vom Salz.
