Amaretti Mobido al Caffè - weiches Mandelgebäck mit Kaffee

traditionelles Gebäck aus Siena

Handgemachtes Mandelgebäck mit Kaffee aus der Toskana auf Basis der klassischen Mandelpaste, verfeinert mit einem Hauch Bittermandeln. Die verwendeten Mandeln sind erstklassig und kommen aus Apulien. Ihr essentielles Öl bestimmt den Geschmack des Gebäcks. Abgerundet wird der Geschmack mit etwas Bittermandeln. Jeder Amaretto-Keks wird von Hand geformt, im Backofen goldbraun überbacken und mit Puderzucker bestreut, um die Kekse möglichst lange feucht zu halten. 

Das Gebäck ist glutenfrei.

Alle Zutaten für die Amaretti werden sorgsam ausgewählt und mit Sorgfalt verarbeitet, um immer eine gleich hohe Qualität zu gewährleisten. Die Manufaktur La Fabbrica del Panforte liegt etwas außerhalb von Siena und wurde 1994 gegründet.
