Anneliese Rosé - 2022 Pinot Noir Rosé dry

A Weiln with cult status. Just like Bülent, Mompfred and Anneliese themselves... Anneliese smells of strawberries and cherries and is fruity on the palate. A fruity Pinot Noir rosé to Bülent Ceylan's taste.

The grapes for "Anneliese" were harvested with the first rays of sunshine. This means that the grapes are cooled in the cellar and retain the necessary freshness and fruit aromas. Brief contact with the skins produces the desired light color. Very gently pressed and cooled, fermented in a controlled manner to develop the aroma. An experience when matured dry, either on its own or with a variety of dishes.

Rosé wines are made from red grapes, in this case Pinot Noir. The grapes are treated in the same way as white wine during processing and the shade of the rosé wine depends on the intensity of the berry coloring and the contact time of the berry skin with the mash. For this reason, the color palette of a rosé wine can range from a delicate salmon color to a light cherry red.
