Cava ¡HOLA! Brut Pink - Rosé sparkling wine

A Cava Rosé sparkling wine with aromas of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. The refreshing taste attack leads to harmonious fruit notes. Strawberry predominates on the finish. An elegant color with a light violet hue and a long-lasting perlage characterize this cava.

This Organic-rosé cava is aged for an average of 12 months in the traditional method in the cellars (cava) in Barcelona. For this Brut Pink, the Pinot Noir grape variety (for color) was used along with a blend of Xarel-lo (intense aromas & structure) and Macabeo (for roundness). The vineyards are farmed naturally without the use of chemicals. The Pinot Noir comes from the upper mountains of the Penedès. The nights are cooler there and this makes it the perfect location for a Pinot Noir. You will taste the fine flavor immediately. During the harvest, the grapes are picked and selected by hand to ensure their optimal quality before pressing.

The bottle design is inspired by the typical Barcelona street tile called "Rosa de Barcelona".
