Bonbons Réglisse - Anisbonbons mit Lakritz

Anisbonbons aus Frankreich

Die Anis Bonbons kommen aus Frankreich, einem kleinen Ort mit Namen Flavigny-sur Ozerain in der Nähe von Dijon.

Zur Gewinnung der natürlichen Aromen, die reine Pflanzenextrakte sind, werden diese mit Wasserdampf destilliert. Das Aniskorn wird dann mit aromatisiertem Zuckersirup in einer Kupfertrommeln so lange gerührt, bis die gewünschte Dicke der Zuckerschicht erreicht ist, um sie als Bonbon zu geniessen. Das Verfahren dauert ca. 15 Tage und hat sich in den Jahrhunderten nicht geändert.

Hier die Variante mit Lakritz . Daher sind die Bonbons braun.
