Die Koroneiki Oliven aus Kreta werden mit frischen Zitronen zusammen gepresst. Die ätherischen Öle der Zitronen verfeinern das Aroma des Öls, so dass es herrlich nach Zitronen duftet. Das extra native Olivenöl wird von Castello Zacro zu einem fruchtigen Olivenöl abgefüllt.

Es passt zu Fisch, Meeresfrüchten, Gemüse und natürlich zu Salaten.

Das Öl besteht ausschließlich aus einem Jahrgang an Oliven, es wird nichts beigemischt oder verschnitten.
