Cherry & Sour Cherry Jam Extra 85% fruit content

The cherries and sour cherries for this jam are made in the Pella regional district harvested in the north of the country in Central Macedonia. In ancient times, Pella was the capital of Macedonia.

The fruits are processed freshly harvested. There are no additives, no gelling agents, no pectin, no artificial substances. Only the fruit, fresh lemon juice and a little sugar are used as ingredients, nothing else.

The fruit content is 85% .

This is jam and not jam, as the latter is made from citrus fruits. Colloquially, the term jam has established itself for all fruit spreads.

Put a spoonful of your favorite jam in your piece of fruit yogurt, stir, done. If you like, you can add your muesli or sliced almonds and some fresh mint. Delicious!
